As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we would like to take a minute to share our Business Continuity plans with you.

Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we will continue to provide services and support to our customers. Preferred Strategies has equipped all employees with the capability to work remotely, and we are confident in our continued ability to serve your business, regardless of our physical work locations.

Implementations and on-going service work will continue as planned. We are not anticipating any delays or issues, and you can expect to receive the same high level of service and attention that you have become accustomed to. (We will ask for your understanding should you hear the occasional giggle, cry or bark during a call/meeting. With kids out of school things are bound to get noisy.)
