Our Commitment to You During COVID-19

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we would like to take a minute to share our Business Continuity plans with you.

Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we will continue to provide services and support to our customers. Preferred Strategies has equipped all employees with the capability to work remotely, and we are confident in our continued ability to serve your business, regardless of our physical work locations.

Implementations and on-going service work will continue as planned. We are not anticipating any delays or issues, and you can expect to receive the same high level of service and attention that you have become accustomed to. (We will ask for your understanding should you hear the occasional giggle, cry or bark during a call/meeting. With kids out of school things are bound to get noisy.)

In situations such as now, we are reminded of how our work can make a real difference to organizations that are trying to make sense of the uncertainty. We have been pleased to hear from clients who are using our BI tools to better visualize and manage the disruptions. As for ourselves, we took a personal interest in the impact of COVID-19 around the world and used Power BI with some QuickLaunch techniques to analyze COVID-19 data from the World Health Organization. You are free to explore the data below on this page.  We are trying to keep the reports updated on a daily basis and ensure to the best of our ability that the data is accurate, however, this information is intended to be used for exploratory purposes only.
