BI Quick Launch Annual Maintenance
As part of your BI Quick Launch Annual Maintenance you will receive, for all versions of JD Edwards, new product releases, updates, and content, phone and email assistance through a bulk of free consulting hours, membership to the Preferred Strategies Quarterly User Group Meetings, and membership to the Preferred Strategies Knowledge Base.
Free Consulting Hours
The consulting hours included with your annual maintenance are to be used for questions about the use of BI Quick Launch, one-on-one training, custom report design, and Business Objects technical assistance. All maintenance consulting hours are used remotely and any unused hours will expire at the end of your maintenance period.
Quarterly User Group Meetings
On a quarterly basis, Preferred Strategies coordinates a two-hour user group session delivered over the web consisting of a tips and tricks by Preferred Strategies experts, customer presentations and a round tables session for you to collaborate with other customers struggling with implementing Business Objects with JD Edwards.
